Did you mean the orange tag for being a TOP CONTRIBUTOR!??!
I think yahoo answers gives this distinction to people who tend to answer questions on specific topics.
In your case, it is Polls and Surveys!.
You may only be just on Level 2 (same as me), but most of your points were derived from you answering questions regarding polls and surveys.
Keep on answering and sharing your knowledge and skills to others.

It matters not what level you have attained, it is the amount of time spent Q&A in a particular category.

Top contributor does not have anything to do with how many points you have or what level you are on. EVERYBODY can know how Yahoo Answers works. All the information is on the site.
