Well; I have my boot device setup listed as booting from the cd/dvd drive; but after displaying the 'msi' boot screen; now when I have my Windows XP Pro SP2 disc in the drive and I try to boot from it; it says this: 'Error Booting from CD/DVD Device...Press Any Key to Reboot'....

..Well; after 'pressing any key' ; it just restarts and keeps bringing me to that screen.


Do I have a faulty drive or what do you guys think?

I was just checking the CD's that INGDirect offers. Why do shorter term CDs such as 6, 9 and 12 month CD yeild a greater interest rate than the longer term CDs such as 48 and 60 month ones? Shouldn't it be the other way around?

Every once in a while I'll hear about a job installing a satellite dishes, putting tags on gloves, or cleaning pieces of metal. The pay ranges from $10 to $15 an hour.

my boyfriend keeps getting put in jail. he was realeased after he did a month in january then 2 weeks later got in trouble again and i had to bond him out then he just got sentenced to 6 months this week. I'm being serious here so please dont leave silly answers.Everywhere I look & turn I see white women with every race of men except their own kind...WHY?I hear races of all colors talk about how they like to date white girls/women becuase they are willing to do whatever it takes sexually to please a man. I know they are much more successful and financially stable than any other race of females. Most races of color have an inferiority complex when it comes to Caucasians also. So I wondering do white men get upset when they see their women with other races?50 years ago I Black man would get hung and killed for even looking at a white girl. Now that is common everyday stuff. I actually get surprised when I see a white female with an all white child nowadays. But it's just not Black guys, I see them with Latino, Indian, and Asian men. Can someone fill me in on this phenomenon?

I tried to install a router to one computer in my home, and a networking card to another one across the house. For the card-comp, it'll connect to the router, but not the internet. I called the technical support at Belkin, and he tried to help, but said that my problem was some windows XP security thing, so that I needed to call the vendor or whatnot and turn that all off.

Can any give me a list of what to do? I've certainly had enough of phone conversations.

According to the bible, I must have faith and accept Jesus into my heart in able to enter the kingdom of Heaven. I cannot have faith so Jesus isn't getting into my heart. No matter what good I do for any or all the people in the world, I am doomed to burn in hell. I guess I'll do whatever makes me happy here in life then, and hope death really is something other than what the christian religion believes. Maybe I'll start my own religion. Anyone wanna' join? I'm pregnant with my second child. I have a three year old daughter and kept everything from her just in case. We just found out Monday that we are having a little girl. I have been asked by several people are you going to have a baby shower. I have told them no because I didn't think it was proper to have a baby shower with your second child. I think that it would be great to have one with my second. They all just look at me like I'm stupid. One friend told me I should have a diaper shower and I have considered that. But I was wondering did or do you all know of people who have had baby showers with their second child?

Ok... I was recently laid off... still looking for a new job, i need to get medical coverage soon for me and the kids... place that laid me off calls and asks me to come back and work for them on a contract/temp basis. Now... I want to remain on good terms with them, they are a reference - i was with them for almost 5 years and all... but I need to focus on finding a new job... doing this temp work will surely slow down my progress in doing so. My husband says I should tell them to "go to you-know-where" - but I don't know... what do you think?
