How to dress or winter in UK?

i going to UK in march. currently the weather is around8-15 degree. how should i dress myself.. its wearing a polo t plus a thick sweater able to withstand ? i come from singapore.

Yes currently it is quite warm, but this id due to change on sunday back down to around 4 -6 degree C, with sjnow and ice. I would suggest, t-shirt, jumper/sweater and a warm coat. You might want to consider gloves as well

Coming from a tropical climate you will need a thick sweater and an overcoat
