1. I was rear ended by some chick in a BMW, I have a 95 Crown Vic in poor (Cosmectic) condition, but it drives fine. She skuffed up my bumber and put a crack in the light. I went to get an estimate (Because she wanted to pay out of pocket because she is a Multimillion dollar producer realestate agent) I said fine, the damages came up to 900 dollars. then her husband said for her to go through her insurance. Problem is my car has a salvage title... ( I dont know what difference what makes...)

Now... I dont want my car fixed, it is not worth fixing, are they going to give me a check?


2. I went to the hospital the night after the accident with neck and head injuries but it is all muscle related so i have two perscription and im basically drugged up til the pain goes away... are they going to pay me for that too? Am I going to receive a check for pain and suffering or something?

.... She has Progressive Insurance, and I dont have insurance... how does that work??

I am so sick of hearing how poor Mexico is and that is why they come here. And that many years ago this was mexico, etc etc. Fact is, its not. Why is it so hard for mexicans to come here legally and learn English. If they did they would be respected. Walking around in America with the mexican flag saying they demand to be treated equally when they are here legally, speaking in spanish, is not going to help them. Also, why is it that they are leaving mexico beacuse its poor and run down, yet thats what they turn their neighborhoods they move into in THE UNITED STATES! I would think they would want to respect it more, not turn it into mexico.

The document, by the Wall Street Journal, was a report of external examination from the chief medical examiner's office in New York, also says that at his death Dr. Atkins weighed 258 pounds. Dr. Atkins died in April last year at age 72 of a head injury from a fall on ice while walking to work. The report attributes the death to a "blunt impact injury of head."

If he hadn't been so fat and unhealthy (from his own diet)
he just might have had better balance and lived a little longer.

So this way of eating or way of life might be something to reconsider... ya think?

for my views, my decisions and my rules, it just seems to be a constant battle with them to get them to do anything without a fight, i have tried different parenting courses and nothing seems to be working, they are fine one min and then the next there is high emotions shouting stamping and back chat, i know i wouldn't have got away with it with my parents has anyone got any ideas before i go completely insane

I'm annoyed today. We keep on being told in the news about how we need to do something about global warming, and yes they are right but why can't governments do anything pro-active to actually tackle it?

So far the only thing that has been done in an attempt to cut CO2 emissions is to put £10 on the price of a flight (like thats going to do anything to reduce the number of flights). But don't worry i'm sure the opposition will do something, so what do the Conservatives want to do? they want to tax flights even more!. Do they realise that things other than planes pollute the atmosphere? Where is the politician showing commitment to increasing renewable energy or reducing emissions from cars? no ones got the balls to do anything serious about global warming and theres nothing we can do about it because theres no other options to that of the labour party.

This is exactly why people don't vote. whats the point if you know that the opposition is going to be identiical to labour

Whats the earliest you've felt fetal movement? And what about any other movements? Like.. just movements that came from being pregnant, if that makes any sense. I keep feeling this quick fluttering(?) in my stomach and I dont know when its too early to think its the fetus.. thanks!
