the 2d equals sign right here would not make any experience. Are you asking a thank you to remedy " -6(x+8) - 40 two = 5 - sixty 5"? integrate as many like words as you could: -6(x+8) - 40 two = 5 - sixty 5 -6(x+8) - 40 two = -60 -6(x+8) = -18 Now divide the two facets via -6, then subtract 8 from the two facets.

5-4X>4(2-X)
Distribute: 5-4X>8-4X
8-5 = 3
-4+4 = 0
0 > 3 NOT 0X > 3 as previously stated.
The answer therefor is NO SOLUTION.

Alternatively you may've gotten:
-3 > 0
Again, this is not correct, and so the answer is NO SOLUTION.
