a prenup is a contract stating exactly how things will be dealt with if the relationship were not to last...Things to be dealt with could include, the children, the land, homes, everything of value. Prenups are a way to protect ones assets...make sure you have a lawyer look at the prenup for you so you have an idea what you may lose or gain if your marriage were to fail....

A prenup (prenuptial agreement) is a document that state's you will except any term listed, so that the other doesn't get taken if the marriage doesn't work out (simplified).

It isi a peice of paper saying after we get married and we can not stay married and get a divorce you can not have any of my money after the divorce. Just what you brought into this marriage is what you leave with.

It's the trophy wife's/gold-digger's worst nightmare. It keeps her from marrying a rich guy, treating him like crap, divorcing him and taking half his cash.

Its a contract before getting married and your s called spouse decides wether or not he will give you anthing if you divorce.

It is the most horrible thing you can ever sign. If he asks you to sign it he doesn't love you.
