can you tell me the pro and cons of each?

I eat 1 tangarine in the morning, and 1 whole egg(boiled)
At 2pm, i have 1 grilled chicken bout 5ounces or 6..
I dirnk lots of water in between
then at 4pm i have a slim fast shake.. its usually 226cals per shake, but i minimize it a bit.. i dont usually put the whole scoop... the rest is water, or maybe an apple.. I go to the Gym everyday for 1 hr 15mins.. sometimes just an hr.. I break it into cardio and resistant training.........
My goal is to lose 15pounds every month...... i will b increasing my working outs... maybe 2hrs a day...
My goal is to lose a total of 45pounds.. I have 4months and 1week to achieve this goal...........
Is that possible with the diet am on? Any suggestionss....... Thanks guys

I was speaking to another man on the internet and before I knew it I was really hooked. I thought about him all the time and couldn't wait for him to call me. He lives about an hour from my house and one day he called and said that he was in town and would really like to stop by and say hi (my husband was out of town). I gave him directions and he came by. Well after about ten minutes I got up to get a glass of water and he came up behind me and started kissing my neck... I freaked out and kicked him out of my house. Emotionally I am attached to this guy, but I felt awful about how this would affect my husband. I have a big mouth so I told a few people. My husband wont be back for another two weeks and I am wondering if I should tell him before someone else does and how I should break it to him gently. By the way, I am not talking to this other person anymore.

I have a big problem with my computer. I download songs into my computer but it does not want to play them because it says that there is no audio device installed. No sounds want to play. Not even the computer sounds. No sounds at all. The speakers are working connected properly and everything is the way it has to be but no sound. When I go to Volume Control from the START menu it tells me " There are no active mixer devices available.

I realize that Israel, as a country, has battles with other countries, but I've never heard of a Jewish inquisition or a Jewish "jihadist." In fact, they appear to be the victims of Christianity and Islam the majority of the time. Even Hitler claimed some Christian affiliation, and I don't recall the Catholic church speaking out against him.

So maybe people ought to ask themselves what makes Judaism more peaceful. My guess is because they are scholarly and regularly debate every issue they come across in their scriptures (Old Testament and Talmud.) They respect rational analysis and people don't freak out about questions.
