It sounds like you're expecting too much out of yourself. You should only lose around 2 pounds a week. If you lose more, you could lose muscle.

It sounds like you need to eat more especially with the workouts. What about veggies? I think you should be adding in veggies for lunch and dinner. It wouldn't hurt to add in more fruits either. If you don't eat enough, your body will go into starvation mode and that'll prevent you from losing weight.

Also, with you working out so much, you may want to increase your calorie intake a bit--maybe add in another protein/dairy.

Good luck!☺

yeah you will lose the weight if you stay exactly on that regime but the effects it could have on your health is not good, just remember it took a long time to put on the weight and it will take time to take it off. what you are doing is binge dieting and you will get sick of the same food, (we are human) and what will happen is that you will end up gaining what you lost and then additional weight, your best bet is to see a nutritionist and go on a low calorie diet ( like diabetics) and then you have portion control and variety and thew exercise program is great that will help your metabolism. good luck I wish I had that enthusiasm.

i think you're too hard on doing this my idea is you go to gym 3 times a week and every day you can only eat one snack and always eat breakfast and lunch but at dinner time try to not eat or just drink one glass of milk or water it always work. And if you are hungry but that is not you're time to eat drink water
