Go for it it can work you have to get your Japanese speaking skills up but still go for it. Do you have a friend that could help you out and speak the language

I don't see why not. Ask her out. If you truly like her then nothing will matter. Hey you could even help her learn more English. If that sounded mean I'm sorry I wasn't trying to be. Right, if you know she likes you and you like her then there shouldn't be anything to hold you two back. So go for it. You will never know unless you try. ^_^!

Do you actually like her as a person or jsut cos she's cute?! If it's the former, then why not ask her out - you could help her with her english. If it's the latter then don't bother. She deserves better.

try to learn her language first then teach her yours.
