Yes, but not physically abusive. However,she once told me that my Mom wasn't coming home because she got in a wreck and that she was leaving me all alone with the boogie man.
She really went downstairs turned off the light and slammed the door, and then hid in the dark livingroom. I was only 3 or 4 years old so I was screaming and crying.
I told my Mom what she did and needless to say she never babysat me again.

I had a babysitter who would hold me down and tickle my feet until I went crazy with laughter. It was torture but for some reason I really loved it and always wanted more. Many people would say this is mean but I don't think so. I ended up loving the sensation of being tickled and now I crave it

I had a babysitter once [older lady] who would make me stand in the corner for hours and not feed me, she simply loved my baby brother though!! I was around 8 and he was a newborn...
I remember the 'chupacabra' story was new back in the day and she used to tell me that if I cried or told my mom anything that he would come and get me at night! :O(
I see the old lady now and she's all old and cripply and doesn't recognize me, but I see her and I feel so sorry for her yet I wanna run up to her and push her to the ground, but I can't bring myself to doing it lol, she scarred me for life! I hate that lady... *sighs*

Oh my god yes, my friends older sister babysat me and my sister once and I called my mom at work about and told her and the babysitter got on the phone and told my mom that if we felt that way than she would not babysit for us anymore. She also let her brothers get away with pulling the heads off of our Barbie Dolls which really sucked.

yes, she put soap in my mouth for no reason! Stupid B. She also belted me one and I wound up on the floor. I hated her. I am older now and don't have a sitter for my child. Never did. I take care of my child so my child doesn't have edure what I did as a child. Babysitters are controlling sometimes.

One old babysitter tried to molest me and my sisters. Had I known at the time what he was doing (I was 7) I would have told my mom and had him arrested.
