while sleeping and had one of those dreams where u think you are falling. and my whole body ended up jerking and since I was in akward position I ended up twisting my back really bad. My back will crack 30-50 times a day now and I am unable to walk long distances or carry any weight over 30lbs. I work for a roofing company so most of my work is bending. lifting, walking, and carrying heavy objects at times.Go to chiropractor 3 times a week for readjustments. It has been 3 weeks and still the insurance company is deciding wether to pay

Very confused, need more input. Never heard of your insurance company but I suspect you are talking about worker's comp? Disability is awarded by going to several doctors some that the state ordered, then a hearing with a panel of doctors decide whether you get disability. Your doctor will give you a disability rating. This is a long and drawn out process and you'll need a disability attorney, they will do all the work from there for 25%. If this is worker's comp your boss and the state pays you. Again I need more input.

Manulife is an outstanding company with AM Best's highest rating of A++. The reason they are largely unheard of is they are a Canadian company having a target market that is largely working and middle class (the name is short for "Manufacturer's Life"). To put them in perspective, they recently acquired John Hancock.
