I recently joined weight watchers and am alowed 27pts a day. Is it really important to eat the full 27pts a day? Also can some one explaine how the extra 35pts a week are used. I'm still very unclear on it. Thanks for all of your help.

So, I just found out I was pregnant w/ HPT tests, I was a few days late so took four of them and all were positive, then I got my period...and when I say period, it's a normal period -like flow?? What is up w/ this, I heard this happens, has anyone experienced this...it's not like my usual period w/ cramps and stuff, but it kind of scared me, I have a docs appointment soon...

I want to bring a suit against a dealer for a used car purchase. But, I have no idea about who should pay attorney fee! Some say each part pays its own attorney fee, others say the part who is lost will pay all attorney fee for both sides, and also some say Judge will make the decision. acted as guarantor for family member - who has missed two payments - being threatened with debt collectors by loan company - don't they have to try debt collecting from the person with the loan first? all they have done is phoned them once ad sent them one letter!! anyone know the legal position on this?
