I've heard that this product works wonder on your skin? how true is this?

Yes thats true for external use. For internal use It must be from cold press extraction method. Once the oil is heated, it loses some of its medicinal characteristics. Taken daily it helps digestive system as well as gout and certain other tendon and ligament ailments. There is research data in internet supporting this.

a lot of people swear by it. read dr. conrado dayrit's book, *the truth about coconut oil*. it's a little on the scientific side, but he (as foremost authority and proponent of the oil in the country) vouches for vco's benefits.

Yes, specially removing dry skin. Apply it at least an hour before you take a bath and the result is awesome!!
