Lisa Nowak,, the pepper spraying astronaut, had an obsession that took her on a mad 900 mile drive. That obsession is the reason she has been removed from the corps of astronauts. This has never happened in NASA's history. I imagine that has left a perpetual mark on her life and on the lives of her 16 year old son and twin daughters.
