he doesn't die. if you watched the trailers you'll see him in a neck brack, not in a body bag... i think they even show him in a hospital bed in one of the trailers. and it even looks like he's helping peter in another one of the teaser trailers.

I don't think he died. It wasn't definite. But that was a great fight scene. Harry's got some nice new weapons now, quite the upgrade from exploding pumpkins.
I know #3 also has the Sandman & Venom...but is the Lizard in it? Dr. Connors (the Lizard's human form) appeared briefly in #2.
