Hi,
I want to bring a suit against a dealer for a used car purchase. But, I have no idea about who should pay attorney fee! Some say each part pays its own attorney fee, others say the part who is lost will pay all attorney fee for both sides, and also some say Judge will make the decision. Please give some knowledge about it. Thanks.

Before you sue, I would contact the Dealer's Division through your licensing agency. They are there to help people that have been "taken" by an unscrupulous dealer, and they are free of charge. Explain your situation to them first, they can tell you about civil liens and other options besides court. Good luck.

you r funny..do you really think the dealer will help you sue him..they have legal help on staff...you have to hire someone...Make sure you have a good case..when its over the judge COULD if he/she wants make the loser pay 100% of legal fees...you better win!!
