What can I do for my muscles to rebuild faster, i have less than a day to get the most recuperation possible. My legs were really sore today during track and i pulled a muscle and I ache really bad, i just drank like 3 cups of milk and had an egg white, some rice stir fry potatoes and veggies...what will help? track is tomorrow and i hav a feeling theyre going to work us hard

My boyfriend and I have been together for two years.Now that we both go to college in different countries(the time difference is actually 11hours), he has started acting strangely.He's already told me twice that he doesn't want to go on with our relationship,but he always comes back on his word.What should I do to make sure he doesn't stray,because I get the feeling that sex is more important than feelings?Are all guys such jerks?

I'm worried about talking synthroid, about 4 days ago I took the generic levoxyl and I thought I was having a stroke... I was pale and very nervous trembling my heart was pounding 100 miles per hour.. I saw the doc today and she said maybe it was the generic one so she wants me to start synthroid.. I'm so scared what my reaction would be she said it was the lowest dosage .025mcg... Has anyone had any bad reactions with synthroid?

I have been seeing this girl on and off since October, we study together and see each other really often. However, in her room she has photos of her ex on the wall and is in contact with him regularly. She says she likes me but due to her returning to her hometown in May she says we have no future but she still wants us to date till then. Problem is i really really like her, however, the thought of her having me as a stop gap till her return home and possibly return to her ex hurts me, i enjo spending time with her but i feel i will find it hard to keep seeing her as before while i know it will never last. What do i do??

I have been looking for insurance and cannot find any that are a fair deal. Either they are pretty cheap monthly with HUGE payments (like 400 for the surgery) or they have low payments but I would be paying more throughout the months. Any ideas on good insurance in Cali?

Why is it that some people just seem to skate threw life, with no problems? I know people who are emotionless, break hearts, vain, shallow, lie, superficial, don't want any responsibility. But yet nothing seems to phase them. And other people I know are caring, loving, honest, and handle responsibility. But they can never get a break. Something always happens, like the car breaking, money problems, relationship problems, illness. Why do you think that is? just bad luck?
