I'm presuming this is a really complicated process, and I don't actually have any laws I want to change (with the exemption of certain marriage laws!) but say, a law is really stupid or outdated - whose attention would I bring the matter to? I live in England.

My bf and i have been together on and off for almost 10 months.We just got engaged and i really love him.I am worried about some of his illegal money making ideas(fraud/stealing).His parents pay his college tuition/rm board like mine and he lives on an allowance off of about 330 dollars a month for basic things he does not work.I suspect that he is going through with some of his schemes because he is spending a lot of money (plasma T.V? etc.)When i asked if his parents had raised his allowance he said no that he had other means of making money.I am afraid he is up too something stupid and will end up getting arrested!He seems to think he is invinsible because he has no record and his parents can get him a good layer if he get in trouble.Why wont he take my advice and stop whatever he is up too?

My periods are usually very regular. This past time, my breasts were sore almost 2 weeks before my unusally light period came (right on time). Like.. so light it was only pink when I wiped, nothing on my panyliner.. I stopped completely 2 times in the 4 days it was like this. I did pass blood clots twice during the whole thing. I just wrote it off as stress, but my breasts started hurting again, and my next period is not due for another 2 weeks. I'm not sure what to think. Any suggestions?

I am trying to find records on Amand Hugo(t) who was the son of Francois Hugo(t) and Catherine Bergeonoi(r)s. According to his biography he was a cousin of the poet Victor Hugo and came to the US in 1849 with his mother, brothers and sisters. He was born in 1837 in the French province of Lorraine.

I have all sorts of records on him in the US and doubt I have left a stone unturned here. But I need to find the town that he came from in France so that i can find the records on the rest of his family. I can't figure out GeneaNet--wierdest site i've ever tried to search--so if anyone can access any databases in France and help me find the family I would really appreciate any help.

Ok well my boyfriend and I are starting to plan our wedding.. My parents(mom and step dad) agreed to pay for the reception as long as we keep it to 125 guests and my "real" dad is paying for the DJ , photographer and videographer and his parents are paying for the bar ... well see the thing is he has 2 brothers and 4 sisters 2 of his sisters he is pretty close to but the other 2 he barely talks to the one showed up at our son's 1st birthday party brought her boyfriend and his kid who weren't invited and she didn't bring a gift or a card which you know if your really broke ok but at least get a card!!! and the other sister hasn't even seen our son he is 16 months old and she hasn't seen him or sent a card hasn't even called to say congratulations.. we sent invitations to her for my shower and his 1st birthday and every christmas we sent a card with pictures in it and she still hasn't even acknowledge that we had a baby!!

I haven't yet been to a dentist, that seems like the quick to bail out method, i'm 18 and my top 3rd molars haven't protruded but have a slight pain, half say its natural, the other half say its impacted. do i need an x-ray or what?

The song is mixed with spanish and english lyrics. It has something to do with letting the girl go or something. The lyrics in english say: "Tell me that u miss me, tell me that u love me and u need me. Say it girl before i go." < i think the chorous repeats this a couple of times. I don't know who sings it, but i think the person/or group starts with an "A". PLEASE HELP ME FIND THIS SONG!

I love him and he says he loves me, but also tells me i'm selfish.. he says i don't listen to him unless he agrees with me & i do things w/o thinking of his feeling, but i do. In everythin i do that affects the realtionship i think about the effects it has on both of us, but he disagrees. He says although i am selfish he still wants to be w/me becuz beyound that part of me i'm a great person...it makes no sense y some1 would want to be with a selfish person.. It's crazy when they can't even understand what you are saying or understand the road signs, and yet WE are supposed to adapt to accomodate them. If they want to work in England they can learn to speak English.
