He approached one of my friends to find out if I have a boyfriend. We have yet to start dating. We have talked and do have a lot in common. He asked for my number. I found out he has an on again, off again girlfriend. Should I ask him about it or wait and see if he brings it up?

I wouldn't say anything about the girlfriend. Besides, it is an off and on romance anyways. He is interested in you, that should be enough. If you decide to become b/f and g/f, then he will drop the other one quick, i am sure. Bringing it up will make you look nosey and bossy, and you don't want that. Leave well enough alone.

hmm, well i would bring it up in a conversation, asking him if he is interested in maybe starting a relationship or is he seeing someone at the moment? Don't be afraid to ask, cus u cant wait forever for him to tell u he is interested in you. its better to find out now, so u know that either there is something between the two of u or not, so u can know not to get ur hopes up and maybe see if u find someone better. When u guys are having a conversation, just say, well i was wondering, u know we have alot in common and we get along great, i was wondering where do u see this going, or do u see this going anywhere? Tell him youve heard that there's another girl in the picture and u want to know if things between him and her are serious. Dont wait for him to tell u, u might be waiting for a long time. :)

If you want to start a relationship I would recommend you to talk about it, there is nothing better than communication in a relationship that will keep you free of stress and you will not have crazy ideas on your head. Talk about everything do not hold anything inside other way that will ruin your relationship.
