Without water only a matter of a very few days although some people have managed to survive a week or more on very small amounts of water. Without food perhaps 30 to 50 days but women tend to survive longer because of their higher ratio of body fat.

Many weeks without food but with water. May be a week or 10 days without food and water. In cold climates a few more days because evaporation loss of water is less.

There may be a good amount of variation in the duration of survival.

A human physique can stay to tell the story 8-14 days without water reckoning on the guy and how briskly sweat, urine, and tears are leaving the physique and as much as 4 weeks without food reckoning on circumstances like weight, temperature and exertion.

Depends on how healthy you are to start with, and how much reserves (i.e. fat) you have in your body to start.

The average person can last about a month or so with no food (but it won't be a fun month), although their health will certainly suffer.

But without water, most people will dehydrate and die within three to four days.

Food - varies; depends on body weight, general health, etc. But water is about the same for everybody - about one week.
