I was wondering if this has happened to any of you...

I went to the dentist the other day and got a cavity filled. Of course, they used a needle to numb my gums and stuff.

Well, when some girl was cleaning up after I left, she got stuck on my needle that they used.

So, this girl is freaking out and stuff thinking she has hepititus or AIDs and asked me to get a bloodtest. I agreed, like anyone would.

When I was told this, I couldn't stop laughing from the fact that someone thought they were going to die from being stuck with my needle.

I mean, C'mon! I'm only 13. Last time I checked, it's not often that people my age have stuff like this, but anyway. I go to get tested today.

Has anything like this happened to you?

Long story short... my former roommate is withholding $400 of my deposit. It has been 2 months since I moved out and was taken off the lease. Since this former roommate is not the "official" landlord (that title would be reserved for the Managers of the Apartment complex), would I be able to sue him in small claims court and win back my deposit?

California law states that a landlord must return your deposit 21 days after you have moved out... but I am not sure if he would qualify as a landlord?

Like most people I am checking round for a better price on gas/electric suppliers & on my bill it gives my consumption in Kw/hours..... what is a kilowatt/hour? Also discovered that I have a dual meter ( economy 7 & standard tarrif) but that I am charged at standard rate throughout & Brit.Gas response to my query is 'well you didn't say you wanted the economy 7 tarrif' . Well why wouldn't I if its cheaper.... they are the sneakiest crowd around & thoroughly deserve to have their customers desert them in droves! Any opinion + anyone found a really good priced supplier?

I tried one of those home highlighting kits last night and the results were disasterous!! Base colour is good but highlights are blocky, uneven and brassy. Phoned the Loreal helpline who advised a wash in toner in a darker colour which I've just done with no effect. Can I redye my hair again today with the original base colour (this time leaving out the highlights!)?? Help!!!

I have seen the guy before with his girlfriend (they have split up now) but we met up last week at a bar with mutual friends, chatted a lot, got a bit tipsy and ended up in bed.
