Say I have a husband in prison. He has been Diagnosised bi polar II. After 6 years of marriage I would know..... Anyway, the medicines they gave him have made him unable to use his left hand and have use of his left eye. He is just now able to eat regularly, after abought three+ months. They change his medications with out his knowledge and with out him knowing what he is taking. He is trying to get out on time. If he makes any waves, like not taking these pills, he will not get out on time!!!
Does he have rights?
What can I do?
Can I sue the Prison?
ACLU?
Lawyer?

Ive got a 15.1hh irish horse - i loev him to bits but i just can't hold him - ive been at my new yard now for 2years and the grass there is better than he's had anywhere before - ive fenced the paddock off so that he's got less grass, stopped feeding him , teeth , back done! He's always been strong and danced about and i do find it fun only i hate it when i'm trying to warm up before jumping he gets so excited that he will throw his head up or down to get away from my hand so he can just go! When i'm actually in the ring at a show he's fine - its just at home ! I've tried all the different bits the best one was a Wilkie bit - but i cant find a horse one of these! Any suggestions:

I bought an item from a store for my sons birthday - it wasnt suitable. I tried to take it back, in the original bag with labels still attached and in original condition. I just want an exchange - not a refund. I have lost my receipt and paid cash (it was only 4 days ago) but the store will not let me exchange the item. I have emailed their head office, and am getting the same response. It is a big national store, and i'm sure I am within my rights to demand an exchange.

The assistant was more or less implying I could have stolen the item!!! If I had, why would I be asking for an exchange and not a refund?

Does anyone know the law regarding proof of purchase?

I adopted an approx 2-yr-old cat. The rescuer that I got him from swears all he ate was Iams Hairball. Well for the first week, he wouldn't touch it. I tried everything, mixing it with a little tuna juice even, balling it up in wet food. He won't touch it. So I tried a few others, no deal. I finally found Whiskas and I'm worried that it isn't good enough for him. What do you think? Should I keep trying others? He has now reached the point where if I give him canned food, he eats it, then it comes up all over the place, so I gave up on that.
