I am looking for good candidates who wish to do A Levels in UK to enter Oxford or Cambridge.

What are you offering exactly? What are your qualifications to assist with A levels? You have posted a nearly identical query on several areas of Yahoo! Answers, and none of them state what you have to offer the people who respond.

Might I ask why? Your query doesn't seem to make sense since there are plenty of people who would love the opportunity and this isn't what I would exactly call normal channels for recruitment.
