Like most people I am checking round for a better price on gas/electric suppliers & on my bill it gives my consumption in Kw/hours..... what is a kilowatt/hour? Also discovered that I have a dual meter ( economy 7 & standard tarrif) but that I am charged at standard rate throughout & Brit.Gas response to my query is 'well you didn't say you wanted the economy 7 tarrif' . Well why wouldn't I if its cheaper.... they are the sneakiest crowd around & thoroughly deserve to have their customers desert them in droves! Any opinion + anyone found a really good priced supplier?

it particularly is a nightmare. It annoys me that the potential businesses hike the costs so intense yet do no longer situation to enhance the month-to-month direct debits for that reason - i think of they do it on purpose. They of course reckon that in case you have run up a huge debt on your account yet are paying it lower back month-to-month, you could no longer be in a huge hurry to pass to a various business enterprise as you will could settle your account in complete with the present agency first.
