Are there any Quarks flying around in the Universe and what are they made of?

No there are no quarks flying around anywhere. And quarks are the smallest thing we know of in reality, so they are not 'made' of anything.

Free quarks are not included in any viable theory and they have never been observed. They would have fractional charge.
