I took some of my legally purchased CDs and imported them to Itunes. At the time I did not realize that my itunes preferences was not set to mp3 encoder (I have since changed). So I went through the songs, right clicked and converted to mp3. I then attempted to upload the songs to my sidekick 3 and none of the song make it. My sidekick 3 is giving an error message stating some of the songs are not mp3 compatible. How do I correct this so I can upload songs to my sidekick 3 from original music CDs I have?

Please exclude the couple of times those naughty Mexicans and the obvious attack on all civilization by the Nazi and Imperial Japan but don't ignore the ear or WW1 or Tripoli. Include the invasions of White Russia. Ignore the "Cold War" it was always wrought by third parties and the USSR was never a real threat; just political jingoism for elections. Include Covert Operations in Chile and Nicaragua and dozens of other States where democraticallly elected governments seek for the common wealth to Nationalise overseas (mainly American) companies which have often cruely exploited the natives. I'm a bit old to do the proper reaseach so please would someone do it for me with verifiable references. I say 50 but I think I/m being generous.

I am auditioning for a drama school in a few months time and I am currently looking for a speech from a play by shakespeare that will last 2 minutes. The character needs to be female. I am looking for lots of suggestions to be sure that I choose the right piece. I have studied shakespeare before and know most of his plays but would like some extra help in finding less popular speeches to be sure thatI stand out. Open to any suggestions from other students, or anyone else who has an interest in drama, thanks.

Two Aliens land on earth next to a gas station. The Aliens waddle out of their ship & look around. The first thing they see that resembles a being is the Gas pump. The two Aliens approach.

The first one says "Earthling, take me to your leader!"
No response.

The first Alien looks at his buddy then addresses the pump again. "Earthling, I said Take me to your leader!"
Still no response.

The first Alien then turns to the second and says "If this Earthling doesn't show me some respect I'm going to blast him!"

The second Alien replies "O.K. but, I'm just going to stand down on the next block."

The first Alien looks a little puzzled, but waits for the other to waddle to the next block. He then addresses pump a third time.

"Earthling take me to your leader!"
Again, no response.

The Alien then pulls out his ray-gun and shoots the pump. After the explosion the Alien gets up, dusts himself off then goes down the block to his buddy.

Everyday things seem to upset and stress me out. Things such as driving, and getting ready to go out seem to stress me out. I dont feel this is normal. I also dont seem to have much energy or motivation. At 20 years old this cant be normal. Could something be wrong health wise?

My boy fingered me today and it didnt hurt.. he inserted his whole index finger.. 2days ago it hurted alot and it only went half way.. i didnt do any sports or activity.. so i dont think the hymen broke.. its weird.. can my hymen be broken without any bleeding? please help..

Each time I make a mistake, my boss has to tell me in a loud voice, so that everyone can hear. I feel humiliated. My colleague has already told me that her behaviour is totally out of order, but I'm shy to confront and don't know where to start! My boss tells me that I have errors in my letters and that the managers have complained about me. When I emailed these managers to apologise for all these mistakes, I get replied with, "It's not a problem". I'm very slim and now my boss is asking if I'm anorexic or bulimic, as she ''wishes she was slim'. I feel I don't want to come in to work anymore, but as she's my immediate boss, how do I cope with her? If I have a disagreement about something, she raises her voice so everyone can hear and she always wins the argument. Once, when she was speaking with me she said to me, "You've gone all red". PLEASE HELP. It's different if she were a colleague, but she's my line manager and I don't know my rights enough.

i have really dark brown eyes, black eye brows, black hair, brownish olive skin and im sick of it. my skin isnt too dark, its light brown... just i cant tell what colour i should dye my hair, i know blonde would look pathetic.. id look like an alien lol
should i wear coloured contacts? i also have a really round face, can you help me with which hair style i can do? im fed up of my shoulder length straight hair, its just this black i dunno long thing lol
