Everyday things seem to upset and stress me out. Things such as driving, and getting ready to go out seem to stress me out. I dont feel this is normal. I also dont seem to have much energy or motivation. At 20 years old this cant be normal. Could something be wrong health wise?

If things have become very stressfull for you at age 20, then you should go to a doctor to see whats going on you could have something as simple as depression causing it.
I can't tell you what your problem is but you do need to see you family dr.

I'm a nurse and you sound like you are depressed. This can cause many of the symptoms you are describing. I wouldn't worry but seek the advice of a doctor just in case it is indeed something else. Take care and all the best.

yes, it is not normal. maybe, you lack the planning. you have to plan for everyday things that you will do. think positive and feel good. excersise a bit before going out. it will help good blood circulation leading to smart thinking

you just need to have a hobbie and that will make you happy and try to socialise with friends and family
