Unless something totally broke through your hymen, it won't be broke. Even a scratch on the hymen itself won't break it. It maybe that your hymen is located a bit further inside, and the exact location differs from a girl to another. I think it hurt you because the inner area is not used to such things (inserting a finger, penis or anything). Even after you have sex for the first time, it will still hurt until the inside gets sort of 'used' to any movement inside. I hope this helps.
If you are still in doubt, you can go to a doctor.

Some people have no hymens at all, some people have a hymen that completely covers the vagina apart from a tiny hole. Most are inbetween.
Breaking the hymen does not always cause pain and bleeding if it was just stretched away rather thaan broken

A hymen can be stretched. It bleeds only when it breaks I think. If it hurt, his finger is probably inserted in at the wrong angle or you weren't lubricated enough. Or maybe he was just being particularly rough.
Relax honey. =)

Some girls dont actually have a hymen...they are just born without one. Perfectly normal. So it could be broken without blood (which is possible) or you just dont have one.

You will be a virgin until you have intercourse, so it doesn't really matter of your hymen broke yet or not.
