attempt recharging the battery in one day then attempt back interior the morning. do not touch the lens, push it back or something in any respect. If the project persists, carry it to an approved Sony provider middle. Ask the keep you purchased the digicam from. they'll gladly assist you handle your situation.

I have same exact camera. Call: 1-800-222-7669 or 1-800-772-7669. Why not talk to the store you bought it from? Given to you? Ask person what store they bought it at and proceed from there. Exchange it.
