Gary already gave the correct answer graphically (the other answers are incorrect), but algebraically it goes as follows:
The opposite of "4 turns up at least once" is "4 does not turn up at all". The probability for this opposite is 5/6 * 5/6 = 25 / 36 (two tosses, everything except 4 is okay).
Since the opposite is 25/36, the actual probability is 1-(25/36) = 11/36.
