My husband is in the military and we now live in colorado springs and needless to say my social life is terrible. I dont care to join of the military spouses events, I dont fit in. I am looking for groups taht focus around young men and women that do not have children.

I have made tons of friends that have children and that is something that requires a lot to deal with. As I am always free to do whatever, they have to precisely plan out things.

I just want to meet other single or married individuals without children to socialize with any ideas?

(Please dont take offense if you have children.)

im organising a surprise party for my parents 30th wedding anniversary - i have found a vanue good value and a dj quite reasonable - there is a bar there so drinks not a problem - im just concerned about how to organise food cheaply for 80-100 guests - any ideas? was thinking of buffet style thing

i just installed a new hard drive into myy computer. I contacted the hard drive company, and verified that the hard drive is installed correctly. I have brand new recovery cd's for my computer, so I run the full recovery, when it finishes, I reboot the computer and I eventually get a blank screen. Without having to puchase the retail version of xp, what do I need to do?

I was a single father for awhile of my now 6 year old daughter until I met my wife. My wife has been nothing but positive and loving and my daughter says that she loves her like her own mother. However, "our" daughter one day went into our bedroom; climbed up the shelved in my wife's walk in closet and tossed her wedding and engagement rings into the dumpster outside. Now, my daughter says that she did this because, "She didn't like them." The rings had sentimental value as well as it was passed on from generations to generations. After cooling off, we spanked her but it didn't work. We have her on punishment cleaning the house all day and night but she shows no remorse. We tried talking to her and everything but she has this persona as though she rules the home, my daughter I mean - LOL... We set rules for her to clean her bathroom and just pick up after herself but she tells us that's our job. We've emptied her room until she earns piece by piece.

I have tried several times to tell him that "big boys" go to bed without a bottle...I have tried not giving it to him, but he will cry for HOURS in his room. I breaks my heart. I know that I should have gotten rid of it sooner, that is my biggest mistake. I know that he does not NEED a bottle to go to sleep, but he just breaks my heart!Another factor in all this is that he and my one year old daughter share a room... what can I do to get him to stop using a bottle to sleep?

I have this horrible, disgusting habit of actually biting my toe nails. My mum and dad were both contortionists and met at a circus. I was never much for show biz but seem to have inherited their weird flexibility. Subsequently I've developed some rather odd habits. We all know about people who bite their finger nails or pick their nose. Pretty common huh? But I actually bite my toe nails. I sit there infront of the sofa with my mates or guests huddled around a bowl of popcorn just crunching away at my shell toes - is there anyone else out there who does this?
