The most likely out come is no out come at all. What is "off " to a modern human is not necessarily "off" to your cat. Cats are not easily harmed by food that would be dangerously tainted to us. In nature they will take carrion ( already dead things) as a meal as well as predating (killing things to eat) and have a fine set of senses to determine the difference between just a bit smelly and something truly off.
I spent six years as a medical lab technician at USSAMRID and 27 years as a lab tech in veterinary sciences: the last 15 of that working in animal welfare and wild life rescue. I've also had cats these last 47 years. Aside from deliberate poisoning through a food source, I've never seen a cat lose its life from eating off or spoiled food. Diarrhea is usually the worse out come of feline dietary indiscretions.

I'm glad to see that you're giving her "Cat Milk" and not cows milk...that's a good thing.
As far as the milk going bad, I don't really think it will cause any serious harm to your cat, she'll probably have an upset tummy and may vomit and have runny stools.
If that does happen and it lasts more than a few hours I'd call the Vet and see what they have to say...but chances are she'll be just fine.

She should be just fine. All animals have a much higher tolerance for food that has gone bad than we do. Food that is bad to us may still look fresh to them, that is why they get in the garbage, that food is still perfectly good to them. Most animals wont eat anything that will make them sick.

Watch her. She may have some mild vomitting, but otherwise will be fine. If she becomes lethargic or has severe vomitting, you will need to take her to the vet.

cats are loners and have a mind of their own.

Nothing will happen. It's a freaking cat, it won't hurt her at all. Chill.

Cats shouldn't drink milk.
Yeah it's OK if their a kitten.
But when they grow they get lactose intolerance.
I though everyone knew this...
