Providing you have the proper documentation (i.e. are a U.S. citizen, or have legal status, or have a work permit), you should not have any problem in most areas so long as you have at least some previous experience and perhaps some references in hand to show prospective employers.
If you do not have the documentation, no, it won't be easy at all, and it will be illegal. Since the U.S. is coming down hard on illegal workers, it's much more difficult to find employers willing to put themselves in jeopardy for not checking documentation.
