My 10 year old has the biggest attitude problem I have ever seen in a long time!! I'm not quite sure how to make this short but because I am the only one who does the disipline I get stuck with the arguing, the talking back, the mouthing off, the dirty looks, the slammed doors, walking away while I'm talking etc. etc.... Can anyone relate? Does anyone have any solutions or anyone who just wants to compare stories. My son lives with me and my boyfriend and see's his dad 2 or 3 times a month "IF" that! so I know that may be a part of it but to disrespect his mom everyday is no excuse, I've tryed everything to fix this, my last resort is probably counceling or some sort of boot camp. He's not a "bad" kid who gets into trouble or starts fights with other kids or anything like that it's just he thinks I'm soooo mean and uncaring because I do the disipline, not only that he doesn't take anything seriously at all, everything is a joke to him, it seems.
Please help, or share stories??

Ok Here is the deal. I do not have any health care. My household is currently spending over $1,000 per month on medication. We simply cannot afford it. It’s coming to the point of choosing between Meds and food!

I tried obtaining free medication through the "patient assistance" programs directly from the Pharmaceutical companies and, arrrrggg! It is so complicated! I have been waiting over 8 weeks and I still have not hear back from one of the RX companies, and I had to submit to 8 of them.

I have been told that there is a company out there that will process all of the information for you to streamline the process. I cant find anything on the web other then companies that just give you contact numbers to the Pharmaceutical companies.

Can anyone out there please help us??

My life is simple and easygoing, I am freelance and have a nice job which i do from home, and so... its been for around 3 years that i dont have a real pressure to get up early... yet ive been TRYING to get up and excersice and take more advantage of my day! but even when i wake up at 7 i go back to sleep and get up until 9 or 10 but to say the truth IVE HAD IT!! but cant seem to get the rythm!! how can i train my will again!!? i used to get up so early for school and such but now... the bed is too close and i go to sleep kinda late... i know the answer might seem obvious but ive never really excersiced... and im really struggling here :(

....last Wednesday, I experienced a searing pain in the middle of the sole of my foot - in the arch - like someone was pushing a screwdriver handle into hard. It lasted only a couple of seconds but it stopped me in my tracks. Since then, my leg has felt stiff and sore and playing football has been difficult. Any ideas?

I have a 2000 Toyota Corolla with 125K miles on it. Within the last month, the Check Engine light has appeared. I had it diagnosed at a shop and the computer said the Oxygen Sensor and Catalytic Converter needed to be replaced and it would cost about $500. I have since taken it to a different shop, paid $260 to have the Oxygen Sensor replaced, but the light returned again after four days. When I called back, he said it probably wasn't the right "code" because Toyotas built within the last ten years don't normally have to have the Catalytic Converter replaced. Despite the fact that I work in IT, I can't comprehend that by changing a car part that is either dirty or damaged, the Check Engine light should not come back on after only four days if the car part is brand new. Now, I assume I'll have no choice but to take it to a shop, pay another $200 to replace the converter and then pray that the light does not return. Any thoughts or recomedations?

It's dark and visible. I hate it. I was wondering if I was to use tweezers to remove it would I get a 5 o'clock shadow or will it look greenish or something like that? Is that only if you use a razor or shave it? Will that happen if I use tweezers? I tweeze my eyebrows and it doesn't happen, but I'm scared that it will if I do the upper lip. I need help and any other additional advice would also be appreciated. Thanks!

i moved in to a apt. on 2-11-07 (really on the 14 cause contruction wasnt done) the house was in shamble when i first seen it but the lanlord said she was making repairs.
tile in the bathroom where the tub and tile meet is missing theres a 2in wide gap as long as the tub where they should have cut the proper size tile. they just left the floor exposed and bugs come up from under the house.
some base board is missing in the kitchen and there is a hole i guess if they had put it there it would cover it but i think that bugs come in there too.
the shower is one of those 2 pc acrylic types and your supposed to put the tub in then the walls , those 2 dont meet i can put my fingers in between
and where they cut the holes for the water knobs they cut them too big so i can see the pipes behind it. and in the wall.
paint was half ***,

SHOULD I PAY TO HAVE THESE THINGS CORRECTED, the tenet next door did the work for her (im guessing his rent was deducted. Or is it too soon to complain

If you're a college student who took a year off but are still living with your folks, can they still claim you as dependent on their taxes? Does it depend on what I made this year? Even though I made a decent amount, I'd say I'm still dependent on them.

I recently developed hives and it became apparant that everytime I used the Ivory Lavender Dish Soap I was having a reaction. I usually only by the Dove Lavender Dish Soap and I grabbed the wrong soap about 2 weeks ago and didn't realize it until 2 days ago. They started marketing Ivory in an almost identical container. Well, I virtually eliminated all other items - food and chemical that I might have reactions to out of my life one at a time and the soap was the last to go. Last night = No Hives and still going. So, with the process of elimination out of the way, it appears the soap was the culprit. I have never been allergic to anything chemical in my life and do not have any food allergies as well. I find this remarkably strange and as I tried to look up the chemicals off the MRSP list, the only being ethanol alchol, which means they are not listing everything in the product, I cannot figure out which chemical in causing the problem....argh! Time to go organic with my cleaners now!

the thing is, i just got off birth control a month and a half ago and someone told me that birth control stays in your system for up to 3 months after you get off it. I'm pretty sure I had sex when i was ovulating. What are the chances that im pregnant?
