the thing is, i just got off birth control a month and a half ago and someone told me that birth control stays in your system for up to 3 months after you get off it. I'm pretty sure I had sex when i was ovulating. What are the chances that im pregnant?

There is a chance. Wait for your period and/ or take a pregnancy test. Depending on what type of birth control you used, it could be a withdrawl symptom (like with depo) you can have the signs of pregnancy, when your body needs to take 6 months to a year to get it out of your system. However, other birth controls can leave the body immediately. If a tests is posative, give it a week and take another.

I had only been off birth control for one month when I got pregnant with my daughter, I heard you are more likely to get pregnant coming off birth control for some reason. Which seemed to be true in my case! and you seem to have all of my pregnancy symptoms! Very tired

The pill does stay in your system for a couple months, but not in full effect, its fading out in other words..... You could still get pregnant very easily. Stressing about when/if your period is going to show or not show....could delay your period from coming. Just try not to think about it and test again in a couple days.

chances are good. but i would get a test. your hormones change when you get pregnant and thats what makes your boobs sore and makes you pee more, but quiting birth control makes your hormones change too. get it checked out so you can get prenatal care right away since you just stopped the pill.

you could be pregnant, take a test a week after your period is due. (i got preg my first cycle off the pill, but had a 'chemical pregnancy'--an early miscarriage)
