Netflix's problem?

i cancelled my netflix membership and got an email from them that i havent returned a movie (which im sure i did 2 weeks ago) with the other 2 i borrowed. do they usually do this on people who cancel membership?

I've been with Netflix almost from the beginning. I've had to cancel membership twice for financial reasons. Never had a problem.
