you just have to force yoursel f.. as soon as you get up make your bed so you wont go right back to sleep... try to go to bed 15 minutes earlier for a week.. then the next week another 15 minutes .. until you are goign to bed about an hour earlier
Do the same thing with waking up.. wake up 15 minutes earlier for a week then 15 mroe the next week until you rrythm changes...

the reason that you used to get up from school was becuase it was a deadline.. schedule appointmetns early like training at the gym or breakfast with a friend so that you have responsibilities tha twil lforce u to get up

Find a friend to go walk/ run with. Make it a ritual that you both leave your house at 6:30 and get the blood pumping. IF that doesn't work or your friend is just unmotivated pop right up and take a cold shower. Also, the obvious answer is to set the alarm on 10 with the volume and put it on the other side of the room. But I think walking with a friend is the best answer.

Start slowly, every other day set your alarm 15 minutes earlier and get up!! Try going to bed earlier, have a ritual to follow. Say, snack, watch your shows on tv and then be in bed before sleept to read or just lay and relax. If you tell your body it's time to sleep after this ritual it'll be easier to go to bed at a decent time! Getting up is harder!! Put your alarm away from your bed and make yourself get up to get it, that way your up and moving, while you are up turn up the heat and get ready to get up. Make a breakfast shake and remind yourself why you are doing this!! Exercise will help you feel better and look better, put a note on your bathroom mirror with your goals on it, so when you go to the bathroom it's in your face! Motivate yourself and tell others what you are doing so you have someone to answer to. You will more likely get to it if someone regularly ask how it's going, you don't want to look foolish because you just can't do it right?! Good Luck!

Well, when i went to school, i had to get up a 5am to get i parking spot at the school i attended, i HATED it. I finally got fed up with it and threated to drop out of school, my mother told me that the easiest way to get up in the morning is to have something to look forward too, and it's true. From that talk i had with my mother, Getting up never could be easier, every morning I'd wake up and head over to starbucks and get a coffee, doensn't sound fun to some people, but i loved there coffee, and it had me looking forward too something.

So, find something that you can do every morning to wake up, becasue if you really want something, nothing will hold you back, even sleep.

Good luck on your quest for a more fulfilled day.
