Dacshunds?

I've wanted a dachshund for years now. Recently I did a research on them, and I found a site that said that dacshunds are prone to spinal problems, slipped discs, and they cant climb stairs, or jump up on anything without a high risk of spinal injury.

Is this true? or is it just what *could* happen years down the road? If you have (or know anyone who has) a dachshund, what type of problems (if any) have you experienced with it? Do you have to baby it more than other dogs? Any information would be helpful, thanks!

Was anyone else told that they couldn't have a baby but fell pregnant anyway?

End of July last yr, the Dr at St Thomas Hospital Gynaecology Unit told me I could not have a baby unless I operated to remove my hymen as it kept closing up no matter how much sex I was having. I was bleeding alot etc etc. But I decided against having the operation.

So anyways we stopped using contraceptives (I am married btw) and a month later I took a pregnancy test and it came out positive.
It took us both by surprise but lil baby is very loved already by all in our families..

Any one else have similar experieces with OBGYN's that tell u that you cant have a baby and you fell pregnant anyways?

My 5 year old son is refusing his take his milk?

My 5 year old son is rather fussy when it comes to food. Lately, he's refusing to take his milk. I've tried to change milk powder, but its even worse. He doesn't llike soya milk either. I'm worried, what other food can I give him instead which can substitute and has all the same goodness as milk!!

unfaithful husband?

My daughter is very stressed at the moment because just before christmas her husband went of with another woman.leaving her 4months pregnant with 2 other children of her own.He was away a week then came back begging for another chance.she `s took him back but at the moment is still struggling with how he was prepared to leave her.She wants to know if you can get over this-she is trying but needs advise from people who have been in the same situation

Why don't cinemas offer a healthy alternative food?

Okay so like a lot of people I have often gone straight from work to the cinema and found that all that is on offer is sweets, popcorn, fizzy drinks and a fast food chain (I won't say which!) that made local headlines when the Health inspector visited.

And yes I know I should take some extra sandwiches with me when I leave home that morning.

what happens to quarentined viruses ive submited them to symtec 4 a response just wondering if they are keeped there permernetly.how do you go on if they cant find the viruses cos when i scan for them the scan says no trijen found?

How's this for a fantastic turn of events?

Its so sad its actually funny. I got a violation notice this morning..... "why?" I hear you ask.

Well last night I posted a question. I got two answers, which were an excelllent help. So I added a little extra to my original question saying thanks to the two people that had answered. I come on line this morning and the question has been removed and I was accused of chatting!!!!!!!!

So let me get this straight, are yahoo actually encouraging people to have no manners? I was always brought up being told that if someone helps you out, you say thankyou. I guess Yahoo have different ideas.

(How long before this one gets removed also).........
