I am a Procurement Officer working in a construction company based in Singapore, I buy equipments like Gas Compressor, Colling Towers, Sub stations, equipments, bulky items and consumables for Power Plants, I have to issue contracts and liaise with vendors from all over the world. I have another colleague who is a Procurement Engineer, he does purchases which involves bulky materials like pipings, fittings and valves, he does not issue contracts. The differences between him and me is not just gender but he had a degree in material science while I am a holder of higher diploma in Business Studies, he had a two years working experience from a different industry while I had about five to six years of buying experience from manufacturing and engineering field but from a different field as well. However, he is fetching about 2.8K while I am receiving 2.3K, my question is, why was there a difference in our salary and position? Thanks.

A man and his wife were having an argument in bed. After the husband had finally had enough, he jumped up and took a blanket to the couch.

The next day, the wife feeling badly about what happened, decided to buy her husband a gift. Since he was an avid golfer, she went to the pro shop at the club where he usually played golf.

The wife talked with the pro, and he suggested a putter and showed her one of his finest. "How much is it?" she asked.

"One-hundred and fifty dollars," he replied. She felt that was kind of expensive and told him so.

"But it comes with an inscription," the pro said. "What kind of inscription?" she asked.

"Whatever you wish," he explained. "But, one of the old golfers' favorites is: 'Never Up, Never In'."

"Oh, that will never do!" exclaimed the wife. "That's what started the argument in the first place."

I play both streetball and NBA. They call me "Hot Sauce" and "Iverson". You could guess why! Cuz I'm really good in handles and dribbling. I could many moves and ****.

But people keep on accusing me for my week shoots and I can hardly score! Every year I hear "I could see that you've improved in everything except for shooting" and this pisses me off!

What could I do to make my shots better?

Its just out of curiousity. Right now, since we are in the information age, and it is rapidly increasing, so many people are making good money thru the internet. There is one guy from marketingtips.com that shows that he already makes millions at the age of 23, selling goods on the internet.

There may be other young internet entrepreneurs that made a great fortune over the internet.

I also heard of a few people in MLM that are under 25 and drive Ferraris and Lamborghinis.

In Ca. what happens when you get busted driving on a suspended lisence, go to court for that and get put on 2 years court probation, still don't have a lisence, then 2 weeks later get caught again driving on a suspended lisence? Any advice? Get a lawyer? Will my lisence get held for a year now over what started out to be minor traffic tickets? This sux because I love to drive and I can't go a whole year, definetly will go insane! thanks all for your help! Oh and about $3000.00 in impound and ticket/court fees so far... Driving is definitely a priveledge because they own it.

Im really confused what to do.... i have recently come to know that deleting temporary internet file is not enough to get rid of visited site.one can easily track down the site u visited even u have deleted the temporary internet file.i learnt that these file get stored itself somewhere on system and u may not be aware of this.

He gets upset on little things every now and then. Sometimes I don't even know as to what made him upset. He just stops talking for days. We got married a month ago and this is 6th time that he is upset. I have tried several times to talk and clear the misunderstandings but all in vein. I am currently at my parent's place.
