If you can before class. take 2 tbls. apple cider vinegar. Will give you a boost of energy so you will not feel so nervous. Aids digestion, cure acne, stop acid reflux.

In you spare time write everyday: I am full of oconfidence. I can stand in front of millions of people and they listen to my every word. You get the idea. Do this at least 25 x day. Think the future. Do not think of what you consider failure in your speaking.

Chocolate, bad choice

If you were not nervous ,, you would not be human.

Give your presentations from the heart, then feed off the audiences enthusiasm, before ya know it your having a good time too.

Chocolate contains Theobromine, which attaches itself to the same neurotransmitters in the brain as Cannabis (!)
Probably the best thing to do, instead of snacking, would be to do some breathing or visualisation excercises. They don't contain any calories.
