I've got money saved. Enough to live on for a few months.
It's busy at work now, so it would inconvenience my employer to have to replace me, so it is something of a dilemma for me.

To Gary K: I don't but what do I have to lose by trying. If the next one is not good, I'll quit again. The grass is always greener.
Sometimes it really is greener.

Well if you are not partial to your employer, so why not change your job for the better if you do not like it, it is not wise to keep a job that you are not enjoying anymore, people who do not like their jobs usually have poor morale and end up having a poor work evaluation then don't get the raise they so deserve, I would advise you to get a job that you love or at least like more than the one you have now, I am sure you will be doing your employer a real favor by leaving now as per the facts above. Good Luck !

Who don't you like your job anymore? If it's something you are able to resolve within the company, I would stay and do so and not give up easily. But if you feel there's nothing you can do and things aren't getting any better, then leave and find a place where you're happier. Good luck!

My brother quit his job a few months ago and now he regrets he left. He had money too and then it all ran out, think it over and then think it over some more. But I would wait till you find a new one as the one person above suggested.

If you don't like your job then you will find it more difficult to do BUT since you are getting paid for the job, meanwhile you should honour the duties. You shouldn't leave your job till you have found another- get your self secure job wise before moving. That would be the wise thing to do.

You should resign & give your employer enough time to find a replacement (2 - 4 weeks notice)

Don't worry about being bussy - trust me - you can be easily replaced.

It depends on why you don't like your job anymore. You should quit, but perhaps at a time when it's less busy?
If you quit nor you could also choose not to accept your payment.

You should definitely resign. Lifes too short to waste days hating your job, screw your boss, he can find someone else to do the work.

Yeah, you should quit only if you know that you will get another job quickly and for sure.
