Professionals say that an action successfully repeated 21 times becomes ingrained and permanent, a habit. For example, a good habit is to not smoke. If a smoker can deny himself 21 times he gets the urge, he will beat the bad habit and replace it with a healthy one. Now they have medicine that makes you sick when you smoke. Good habits include hygiene, diet, exercise, sleep and what you allow into your eye, ear and mind gates.
