I am 26, 5'4, and weigh 115 pounds. I am trying to lose about 8-10 for swimsuit season ( I have a very small frame so this will not be too little and yes I can stand to lose the weight) I read that in order to lose weight, you need to eat your weight in pounds times 10 in calories, so for me, 1150 calories a day to lose weight and only 1000 once I get to my goal. Is that right? In addition, I run on the treadmill 40 minutes a night, do 20 on the elliptical, and do toning exercises 30 minutes 3X a week. However, on 1150 calories I'm starving! Do I have things mixed up?
