Hey, because beef is so hard to digest it's recommended not to eat it at all. Poultry is ok, for me it's hard to swallow sometimes because of the swelling in my throat due to the acid reflux. When I stick to a mainly veggie and fish diet I hardly have any problems at all!

poached or baked with very little spice. cut into small pcs. and drink a tbl spoon or two 20 min after you eat reflux is caused by the food not dissolving fast enough i have it and i don't need meds for it anymore diet is important and talking to your doctor is first and for most good luck

Its not the meat you need to worry about its how the meat is cooked and the amount of fat on the meat. Try not to fry but if you do try to reduce the amount of oil or butter you use to cook the meat and always take off excess fat off your meat. Good luck.

i don't eat any meat and i've never had acid reflux!!!
