During the last 5 years, the US dollar has lost 34% of its value. The dollar you had 5 years ago is now only worth 66 cents. That is an alarming rate of inflation.
The single most responsible cause of this inflation has been the extremely high deficit spending of the Bush Administration. The government has been increasing the money supply beyond that needed by the economy, which devalues the dollar.
To fight this inflation, the federal reserve has for the last several years tighten the money supply to the private sector in an attempt to slow the private sector's need for more cash. In other words, the private sector is punished for the government spending more money than it has.
This lack of fiscal control by the Bush administration has the country facing a shrinking dollar and the possibility of a recession by year's end.
As a fiscal conservative, I find this situation most distressing. How will we get the country off this road to ruin?

I'm trying to get a whole bunch of numbers in the format (-0.007). I'm trying to make it so it automatically adds the parentheses (no problem with custom cell formatting) however, no matter what i try, the negative sign (for numbers that are negative) will always appear outside of the parentheses. Is there any way to fix this? Instead of looking like this: (-0.007), it looks like this -(0.007) when i type in the number -0.007. Any help is much appreciated.

I'm running Excel 2003 SP2.

Thanks for any help you can give...

When I was younger I would get obsessed over a lot of things, mostly about death and I can't shake it. It had seemed as though everything was fine for the past 8-9 years other than thinking a LOT about bad events and worrying about them. Everytime I think about one, I go online, which I enjoy and it takes my mind away from it for a couple of minutes. For the past month I can not stop the feeling that I have a particular serious disease. I have had blood work done and everything is fine but I keep having night sweats (a symptom) and I'm losing weight (another symptom)...but I'm not eating and its hot in my apartment. I keep looking at my skin for changes constantly. I don't know what is going on...I can't shake the feeling that something is wrong... I have had many opinions. They all say I'm healthy. What is this? I don't do this frequently, so it's not like I'm a hypochondriac. For the past month though I don't worry about death, just disease...a plus! Anyone else have this?

My parents live in Spain and own a British car, it is due to have it's MOT and they are unsure as to what to do.

Can they get the MOT in Spain or do they need to bring the car back to UK to be done?

Can anyone help me with this or has anyone had experience of doing this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

I am a bit confused as to what the difference is between a W4 Form and a W2 Form.
Some people are telling me, since I am a student and working part time, I should ask the employer to do a W4 from instead of the W2.

I am under 24, my parents still claim me on their taxes, and I am except. Does that help?

I tried everything to calm me but I was still a bag of nerves, I even forgot the letters of the alphabet when trying to read the number plate. I have tried Kalms, Rescue Remedy and it never worked. What should I do for next time. I am ready for my test so it isn't that, there is many times my instructor says, "if this was your test, you would have passed", which really annoys me. HELP.

The situation:

When my son was 3, my mother and her husband seperated because her husband was refusing to work and she couldn't pay her bills and was about to lose her house. My husband and son and I moved in with her (once her husband moved out) so we could pay her house payment and utility bills (etc) since we were only renting an apartment on a month to month lease at the time.

At first, my mother and her husband were friendly and my son was still able to see his grandfather (whom he was VERY close to)...but then things changed and my mother and her estranged husband were not getting along...so we had to explain to my son that he wouldn't be seeing his grandfather anymore. It was very hard for him because he was so close but considering this was my stepfather and it looked like a divorce was inevitable, we felt it was best to keep my son out of the middle of their bad feelings.

We have a new practice director as the partners dont want to deal with practice developements and complaints. The firm is very close knit and friendly and everyone has been doing a damn good and conciencious job in the support team for as long as i can remember (8 years i have worked here).
Everyone is motivated and gets on with their work as we all care about what we do. now this new practice director has joined and he takes a ll the credit for our hard work, he has very poor interpersonal skills, he doesnt listen or remember conversations. He upsets people and then pretends its someone elses fault. He is very much in an 'ivory tower'. Never does he ask about our interests or lives. Everyone is losing what respect they had for him now as he has burned most of his bridges. He sods off for long lunch breaks,to the golf course, up to london to meet old colleagues etc etc etc then takes great pleasure in telling everyone that he has taken no sick leave this year.oh and he is short! Git.

I know how to remove programs from the computer, I have done it before. You go to Add or Remove Programs and delete it. But this 1 I have tried to remove it and it said it the uninstallation was complete but it was still on the list. All it did was reduce the size of the program. I tried it again and it said it was removed but it was still on the list and this time the size stayed the same. If you need to know the program is Lego Racing. Please tell me a way to get rid of it for good.
