Can anybody help me with this prolem I am facing? I am a 30 years old man and engaged in research (PhD). I am not married. I feel disturbed by thought of women sometimes. For example, today I went for jogging and noticed a girl and since then I have at times thought about her etc. I always try to ignore such thought but fail. Due to this I sometimes have problem in concentrating on studies. What should an unmarried man do when one feel strong attraction towards to an woman? I have high respect for women but I really donot like any interference with my studise.

You have a genuine problem and this is quite natural for a 30 year old bachelor who has had no exposure to female frame in intimate manner. You fight out your shyness and seek friendship with females.Your tension will be reduced and depending upon what the situation unfolds upon you, proceed further. Once you have the experience your concept will change and you will work harder. In the mean time, occasional masturbation will relieve tension. But the real problem will diminish when the mystery enshrouded with female companionship will be lifted and this happens when you approach a female nicely. Marriage will greatly resolve this problem.

You seem "religious" as you do not allude to casual sex.

Getting married does not necessarily interfere with your studies. However; the fact is that right now "thinking" about women is making you lose focus.

By being married you might feel contented and will be better able to focus on your studies. If you have the finances, you CAN balance a married life and study too. There are many happily married couples out there working and/or studying at the same time. It's a matter of balance. You might end up with a very supportive wife. I think many women would be happy to help out a mate who's studying for his PhD.

This life is not all about books and books you might just end up living a life of boredom.what i do is that i tried not to keep serious relationship but i flirt around with the female folks.some end up in dates while the rest remain my friends but no stringe attached thus i dont really boarder too much on any of them, when A is misbehaving before i would start thinking of it Bis available to console.and that was how i managed to finish school then settled with one,

Please reserve some time daily morning and evening for puja and prayer, visit some temples and offer prayer. I do not mean Hindu temples only. I am sure by this way you can control your mind and concentrate of your studies.

Not to be rude at all but masturbation is probably your best bet :) You won't go to hell for "impure thoughts" or "impure touching" and it should ease your tension. Good luck!

ps- I am sure I am not the only one who thought this........am I lol ;)
