rdenig_male said it right. If you plan on terminating at Watford, you should be fine, however, you cannot break at Watford and then board another Euston bound train because on Euston bound trains, Virgin has designated Watford as stop where passengers are only permitted to depart the train, so you cannot board a Euston bound train at Watford, at least not legally.

Do you mean you want to break your journey at Watford, or terminate it there? There should be no problem about terminating as you are getting off short of the destination you have booked to, but to break your journey and get on again will depend on the type of ticket you have as some cheap tickets do not permit breaks.
