Depends on what your low times are. I am going through some right now and mine is financial - at some point you just have to throw up your hands and give up. It's not worth making yourself sick over. But feel free to send me a message telling me what's going on and i'll do my best to give you some decent advice.

Everyone goes through them but for some the low times are truly low and trying to rise above them can be a huge and sometimes frustrating task. My theory however is that negative lows feed of off negative thoughts. If the period in your life is a low one and you look at it as another kick in the teeth, that you can't do anything right, that you are never going to get where you want to be etc...these are negative thoughts that encourage negative reactions, actions and thus results.

If there is a low period due to a death or loss of some type...the certain stages have to be walked through before the end can result in an acceptance that helps clear the way for more positive things to come along...some lows you have to just understand that they are there to teach a lesson...you have to get the lesson before you can go on. Once you get it? You are stronger, more in control, less intimidated etc., by troubles that may come to you in the future. In other words you are empowered.

Know too that lows shouldn't last a long time and if they are...you need to seek out medical assistance because sometimes things can get just too overpowering, or there is a history of depression in the family tree that is affecting you...unexplainable lows, where nothing is going on in your life that should be causing them, are the ones that signal the strongest that you are not quite up to your full physical self...seeking medical help isn't a sign of weakness, but of strength.

Hope whatever is low in your life is not that way for long, take care.

Low times are one of the occurence that one experience in life, but in such times one should realise that no one else but yourself would make it his or her duty to make you happy. so in light of this, whatever it is that is making you feel low, just be possitive and have the believe that "this cup would pass"it is not going to last forever, dont be afraid to fall but be sure you learn how to stand up because at the end of the day it is not how many times you fall that would matter but how many times you were able to stand. finally always remember that with God you are a conquerour. all the best

Just remember that they WILL pass, though there seems to be no light at the end of the tunnel. Revel in what you DO have--love, kids, a roof over your head, whatever it is. Remember there are those worse off than you--and know that I'm in the same boat that you are right now...

When you are down it is called depression. It is hard to handle, but you must find some thing to bring your self out of it. Find a hobby or just go window shopping.Get out and meet new friends.
