I am going to be handing in my notice at the end of March, (when i get my long awaited and well deserved bonus!!) my contract states that i must give 2 months notice, i am unsure what this means, Example, notice handed in on the 28th march (Wed)
does this mean that i should finish on 28th May (Mon) or is it 8 weeks????? sorry, very confusing, thank you!!

are out of control. This has happened in every major city. I am so glad that I was not brought up Catholic or many other religions. I am a Christian but a simple one. It is obvious that these priests who are not allowed sex are perverts and their perversions are acted out on little children. This was a huge case in Los Angeles as well and the church paid out many millions to victims. If any other organization on earth had this many molestation cases the orginization would be shut down completley. I think at the very least, the Catholic church should lose it's tax free status and the Cardinals like Mahoney in LA should go to jail for aiding and abetting these evil people. What is your opinion? PLEASE no sarcastic answers. This is a genuine problem. I have a horrific short term memory - it's gotten me in trouble before. It's not that I don't listen, I do, I even write things down (I have a house and office full of notes), but it's as if the memory didn't happen. What's going on? It's affecting my life. I suffer anxiety and depression and I was bullied at my last job which made things worse, so much so that I was forgetting important things and how to do my work and had to go on sick leave for a month before finally leaving that godforsaken hole. It's gotten better since leaving that place, but it's still very much there. Mad thing is I can remember vividly stuff that I shouldn't like my first birthday, my first day at school, conversations years ago etc.

My dogs keep barking in the back yard when i let them out for them to do there business they bark once or twice and there only sausage dogs and there bark isnt very loud. He's complained to the council and they have sent me a letter.

I have been with my boyfriend 3 year i have a little girl from a past relationship. my little girl calls my partner daddy and loves him so much and he loves her. my little girls real dad used to see her from time to time when he could b bothered. the last year or so there has been countless times he said he was coming to take her out then would not turn up not even a phone call to say why. he has even told me that his priorities lie with his new girlfriend. she is 3 now and the last time asked to take her out i told her she was going and he didnt turn up again, and all day she was asking when she was going out with him. he has never gave me a penny towards looking after her. So i told him that he could see her no more And now he keeps texting saying that he wants to b a dad to her and that i have no right. i just dont want it messing my little girl up. she doesnt even really know who he is just someone who takes her out once in while. Wot should i do?

I don't know what it is about me, but this girl hasn't taken to me at all - not that she has to, but it's things like: one morning, I had a raging headache and I put on one less light in the office on, just to create a little dimness. This girl, came in, and straight away turned the lights on full. I asked her if she wouldn't mind me having the light a little dimmer, until my headache subsides, but she refused (the light wasn't near her desk anyway). Then, as I sit next to a drafty window and I asked her if she wouldn't mind my putting the heater on and asked if we could come to a compromise, but she said, "No, because, the heat will come over to me". She makes no effort to include me in any social activities and never makes communcation with me, even though I've tried. I see her staring at me at the corner of my eye when she's at the fax machine, like she's weighing me up or something. The thing is, how do you deal with someone like this? Shall I just ignore her now?
