i'm going to NASHVILLE TN in AUGUST. Can I rent a car at the airport using a VISA debit card and my PHILIPPINE liscense? If so what rental agency would you suggest

you can looking for booking a car here, it checks all car rentals companies- www.kayak.com and visa debit cards are like credit cards, so yes they should be able to take them...

you should be able to rent a car with what you have check with enterprise they are pretty good have a nice trip.
